Article 1 (Purpose)
This article purposes to set forth the detailed regulations to punish a candidate who commits misconduct in a KLPT.
Article 2 (Candidate considered as Cheater)
A person who fall under any following condition shall be considered as cheater:
- If a person take a test in proxy or instigate a person to do it;
- If a person exchanges an answer sheet to fill in;
- If a person does or intends to do bring out a test sheet outside a test place, copy, reproduce or take a photo of, the test sheet;
- If a person forges or counterfeits an admission ticket to a test, a ID card or a record report;
- If a person refuses to comply with the appropriate direction of a supervisor or makes a test place disordered;
- If a person uses unacceptable tools for a test (including, but not limited to, book, paper, pen, voice recorder or cell phone);
- If a person gives damages to school furniture (including, but not limited to, desk, chair, wall);
- If a person does, or is suspicious to, let another person know answers by voice, sign or gesture; or
- If a person is judged to have done an act as specified above by a supervisor
Article 3(Disciplinary Procedure)
- A supervisor shall indicate ‘misconduct’ on the answer sheet of a candidate who is exposed as
cheater and attach an evidence or report him orally to a designated test center.
- The head of the designated test center shall report the case to the Committee of KLPT through the local office head.
Article 4 (Punishment)
The test of a cheater under the Article 2 above shall be nullified and the cheater shall be disqualified as test taker for at least two (2) years.
Article 5 (Notification)
The list of cheaters and description of disciplines imposed to them shall be notified on the bulletin board of a designated reception center by nation.
