How to Preparation Application Form
  1. Do not fill in the Application No. and the Test Date column.
  2. You shall fill in the nationality with your belonging country.
  3. You shall fill out the test center in order of priority where you want to take a test.
  4. You shall fill out your Family Name and Given Name dividedly with capital letters as of your ID Card.
    If there is no English name on ID card, use the same name to that in your passport.
  5. Please fill out the Identification No. with your National Identification number.
  6. Please circle male or female in sex.
  7. Please fill out your date of birth in order of Year/Month/Day e.g) 1975.03.17
  8. Please fill out your Email address. This column is optional.
  9. The address (English) should be filled according to No.9 but in English.
    Ex) Hangeul Building 202, 58-14, 1Ga, Sinmun-Ro, Jongro-Gu , Seoul, KOREA 110-061
  10. In case of phone number and Mobile No., please write your home phone number and mobile phone number respectively.
    Except that the Mobile No. is optional.
  11. You must attach photos of size (3.5cm*4.5cm) which you took within six
    months. Neither sticker photo nor profile is not allowed.

  1. You shall use an application form for this test
  2. We shall have no responsibility in any problems arising from your false statement or insufficient entry.
  3. If you fail to attach a photo, use the application form of the test, or pay a registration fee, you can not submit the application and take a test.
  4. You have to check through 1 to 12 not to make any mistake and then fill out the application date and sign in.
Notices for applicants
  1. Preparation : Applicant's test certificate, ID card(resident card, acceptable ID card, etc.), pencil for computer, eraser.
  2. You shall not keep mobile phone, beeper, cassette player, PDA, or dictionary to the examination room.
  3. Applicants should enter the test room by 9:00 A.M on the test day.
  4. The test fee is refunded when you cancel the test within the registration period; and after the registration period, the refund shall be made only for a week from the closing date of registration, and the amount equivalent to 50 percent of the registration fee shall be refunded from which penalty for the failure of application is deducted.
  5. If you lose your test certificate, you shall bring your ID card to have the certificate reissued at the main office of examination place.
  6. If you are exposed while cheating or taking a test by proxy, your right to apply for a test shall be forfeited in 2 years and the result of the test shall be considered being invalid.
