  1. You, as applicant, shall carry your effective ID card when submitting your application.
  2. Please use the same name written in your ID card, when preparing and submitting the application, so that a supervisor can prove your identity on the test day.
  3. If your name on the application is different from in the ID card, you shall not take the test.

  1. You shall use an application form for this test.
  2. We shall have no responsibility in any problems arising from your false statement or insufficient entry.
  3. If you fail to attach a photo, use the application form of the test, or pay a registration fee, you can not submit the application and take a test.
  4. You have to check through 1 to 12 not to make any mistake and then fill out the application date and sign in.
Notices for applicants
  1. Preparation : Applicant's test certificate, ID card(resident card, acceptable ID card, etc.), pencil for computer, eraser.
  2. You shall not keep mobile phone, beeper, cassette player, PDA, or dictionary to the examination room.
  3. Applicants should enter the test room by 9:00 A.M on the test day.
  4. The test fee is refunded when you cancel the test within the registration period; and after the registration period, the refund shall be made only for a week from the closing date of registration, and the amount equivalent to 50 percent of the registration fee shall be refunded from which penalty for the failure of application is deducted.
  5. If you lose your test certificate, you shall bring your ID card to have the certificate reissued at the main office of examination place.
  6. If you are exposed while cheating or taking a test by proxy, your right to apply for a test shall be forfeited in 2 years and the result of the test shall be considered being invalid.
